Accounts are created by an administrator, and there is no self-service registration.

Forgotten your password? Ask an administrator to reset it. They can issue a one-time password from Admin → Users, which ends any open sessions on the account and must be changed at the next sign-in.

Repeated failed attempts lock an account for a period that grows with each try, so a password that worked yesterday may simply need a few minutes.
